I am not a nutritionist. I am not a good cook. I am a busy mamma, physiotherapist and runner who loves to push my body and get results. When I skip meals my body goes into starvation mode, holds onto fat, crashes my energy and jumps starts those damn sugar cravings that I can't resist.

So I eat. A lot. Simple, nutritious food. Like an open faced tuna sandwich on wholewheat toast with cheese and sugar snap peas. I love tuna sandwiches.

But I eat everything.

I eat gluten, dairy, wheat, chocolate and I love wine. I am full of energy and feel amazing and free from food guilt everyday. I am faster, fitter, leaner and most importantly happier than I have ever been in my life before or after babies.
