Today's Meals:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, radishes, and zucchini. Coffee with 1 tbs heavy cream, Pyure and collagen. Exercise: Body Pump at the Y. Lunch: Hamburger on a bed of romaine with oil/vinegar dressing. Green beans with butter and seasonings. 1 piece skinny chocolate Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs, green pepper slices, another piece of skinny chocolate. I shared some of those green pepper slices with the family and saved the rest to go with dinner. Dinner: Was an S, not deep S. Did my best to stay on plan at the wedding I went to. 3 hamburger patties (they were smallish), green pepper slices, strawberries. Then I had 3/4 of a hot dog.
