I have no doubt the Russians attempted to assure a win by Hillary Clinton. Barack knew about the interference and was quiet because his party's horse was winning..why rock the boat?

He and everyone else who knew were probably giddy at the thought that a foreign state was helping them win(according to the polls which were wrong).

So the Left takes the fact that a foreign state intervened and turn it around and make the winner prove he didn't collude.
